My order

I have not received a confirmation by e-mail, what to do now?

After you have placed your order you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes. If this is not the case, check that the e-mail has not accidentally ended up in your spam box. If this is not the case, please contact us by email, so we can find out where the problem is.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are automatically shown with the order. Within the Netherlands, the delivery costs for parcel post are € 6.95 per package. An order of € 50 or more is delivered free of charge within the Netherlands.

How can I track the status of my order?

After sending your order you will receive an e-mail with a link with the Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the progress and status of the order and also see when your purchase will be delivered.

If an item is not in stock, can I see when it will be available again?

Amaryllis and freesia are seasonal products and therefore not available all year round. If a variety is sold out, we have to wait for the new harvest before it is available again. This depends on the variety from mid-October to mid-January. For questions about the availability of specific varieties, please contact us by e-mail. Here you can also place a pre-order.

 

Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

We do our best to ensure a quick delivery of your order. Our shipping day is Thursday and we will ship your order on the next shipping date.

What do I do when I have received my package?

The amaryllis bulbs and freesia corms should preferably be planted as soon as possible. If you do not have time for this right away, it is no problem to keep the bulbs for a few more days. Amaryllis bulbs can preferably be kept cool (<15 C ) to prevent accelerated sprouting. Freesias can be stored at 20-30 C, but no longer than a few days to prevent the root tips from drying out.

Can I pick up my order?

It is possible to pick up your order from our company. You can indicate this with your order / Collection is possible on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
